Southline Parking Structure: Transforming Infrastructure into Living Design
Part of Lane Partners’ Southline campus, a 27-acre life science and office development, the six-level structure merges architecture, art, and landscape to create a dynamic civic landmark rather than a purely functional facility.
A Healing Terrace at Honickman Center
The Jefferson Health Honickman Center in Philadelphia, PA, is a 19-story medical facility consolidating over a dozen specialty practices, and was designed by Architects from Ennead and Stantec. On the 15th floor, a serene rooftop terrace—led by Andropogon Associates with landscape contractor Sean’s Landscaping—offers patients, visitors, and staff a peaceful retreat.
Designing Community - Everly at Civita Townhomes
The Everly in San Diego, CA, is designed as more than a neighborhood, it’s a community centered on connection, comfort, and modern outdoor living. Nestled alongside a 14-acre park with an amphitheater, splash pad, and community gardens, the development offers residents a vibrant lifestyle both inside and out.
Aloft Facade Planters
