Designing Community - Everly at Civita Townhomes

The Everly at Civita Townhomes in San Diego, CA, is designed as more than a neighborhood, it’s a community centered on connection, comfort, and modern outdoor living. Nestled alongside a 14-acre park with an amphitheater, splash pad, community gardens, and nearby shopping and dining, the development offers residents a vibrant lifestyle both inside and out.

Schmidt Design Group shaped the landscape with a contemporary design plan accented by fresh, welcoming greenery, while Gothic Landscape carried out the installation with expert craftsmanship. To anchor key spaces, Tournesol’s Downtown Collection GFRC Planters in Acid Etch texture in Pearl color were selected for their refined aesthetic, long-term durability, and ability to complement the townhomes’ modern architecture.

Strategically placed along driveways and shared outdoor areas, the planters provide structure and scale, softening hardscape elements with vibrant plantings. The result is a cohesive blend of urban sophistication and natural beauty, making Everly at Civita a place where residents don’t just live, but truly feel at home.
