Grand Hyatt Transformation in Scottsdale, AZ

Scottsdale, AZ

The Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort located near Gainey Ranch in Scottsdale, Arizona, underwent significant renovation and rebranding in early October 2024. The transformation was executed by the architectural firm WATG and Bray Whaler International. The renovation included sustainable design practices to minimize environmental impact and reduce the resort’s carbon footprint by using eco-friendly materials, including recycled and locally sourced products.

Among the products specified and placed for the project included the Delta Collection’s architecturally scaled three-sided planters for visual appeal. Also, the Bolinas planter's bold, sculptural modernism, and Aquarian planters with a smooth curve are placed in groups and standing apart, bringing aesthetic appeal to entrances, coves, and exceptional spaces around the property.

The design seamlessly integrates with the surroundings, offering dramatic mountain vistas, and celebrating the interplay of light, water, and desert botanicals. The resort offers six elevated dining experiences, an expanded pool, cabana offerings, a refreshed spa, and expanded group meeting space capabilities for the hotel guest community to enjoy.
